Say "no" to JCC controlling anything.

If we consolidate, I believe we should have 2 or 3 companies. Vendors should continually compete, vice patrons "getting stuck" with one company. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I live in Fords Colony where we recently consolidated. Result? Much cheaper trash pickup bills.

Consolidation ended ripoffs of consumers. Service is also much improved.

Do not trust this JCC Admin. The're using a isolated recent trash issue to monopolize consolidating services under them & tap into taking control of pricing & profits. Don't buy into their ridiculous rationale of having them as a middle man...it won't reduce your cost or improve service. Its just another profit grab by JCC Govt.. Free COMPETITION controls service & cost.... NOT Govt!

On our street, the same company may charge one family $28/month while their neighbors are charged $44/month. This is simply wrong!

Change trash companies. Right now, you have control on your trash service. When government takes it over, you lose control

I have to call around every year to get quotes & then I get the company to price match. The company I am with started at $22/month, I wasn't paying attention & 2 years later it was up to $44/month. Now it's back down to $28/month. I kind of doubt that the county would double the rates in 2 years, at least not without informing the customers.

The County raised the recycling cost by 50% last year without an increase from the recycling company. They felt that a property tax increase of 21% wasn't enough, so jacked the recycling rate at the same time. I've had WM for years and have not had a problem of them raising rates.

Keep an eye on them, that is who I have, with a promise not to raise my rates...
