"Tank trap" pothole raises post office complaints from JCC supervisors

James City County residents are complaining about what one county supervisor dubbed a “tank trap” at the entrance to the Monticello Avenue post office.

That comment came from Jamestown District member Jim Icenhour. He said at the county board meeting Tuesday a constituent had sent him pictures of a hole that he said “will swallow a small Volkswagen.” We took this video after the meeting:
