Republicans, Democrats disagree on GA results
It's April 1, but this is no April fool's joke. Local state representatives disagreed sharply at a chamber forum on how recently concluded legislative session will impact Virginians.

To steal a turn of phrase from Charles Dickens, the recently concluded General Assembly session was either the best of sessions, or the worst of sessions. It all depended on your political affiliation.
State lawmakers offered sharply divided views during a forum Tuesday for the Greater Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce to discuss the work of the recently concluded General Assembly session. Republicans warned of rising costs for businesses and consumers, and Democrats said their new policies will strengthen workers and ensure long-term economic growth.
They also disagreed on the legality of the proposed amendment to the constitution that would change the way the state draws its congressional map.
